find your crypto?

The problem

Your lawyer doesn't know the difference between a wallet and a password.

Probate courts can't seize what they can't find. Existing options are either $5K–$30K white-glove law firms in a single country, or anonymous DIY guides on Reddit. Both fail the moment your family needs them most.

A true pattern

The lost laptop

A holder dies suddenly. The family knows there was 'Bitcoin somewhere.' The laptop is wiped by a well-meaning relative. There is no recovery. The estate is poorer by eight figures.

A true pattern

The hostile sibling

An executor finds a seed phrase in a safe. So does the brother who arrives first. By the time the lawyer is involved, the wallet is empty and the chain is the only witness.

A true pattern

The frozen exchange

Centralized accounts require death certificates, KYC, court orders, and twelve months of waiting. The self-custody half, with no plan, is simply unreachable. Forever.

What's in the kit

Seven modules. One private download. Roughly one hundred pages of work your executor can actually follow.

I

Executor's Crypto Briefing

A 25–35 page plain-language guide for a non-technical heir. What crypto is, hot vs cold, the first 72 hours, what NOT to do under any circumstances, full glossary.

II

Digital Asset Inventory Workbook

A fillable template for wallets, exchanges, NFTs, DeFi positions and validators. Records location hints, never the keys themselves. With a versioning protocol so it stays current.

III

Hardware Wallet Handover Protocols

Step-by-step recovery procedures per device — Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, Keystone, BitBox — plus mobile wallets (Phantom, Rabby, MetaMask). Written for someone who has never opened one.

IV

Sealed-Key Physical Storage System

How to split, seal and store seed phrases across locations. Covers SLIP-39, Shamir, tamper-evident envelopes you source locally, and a who-knows-what matrix for your trusted parties.

V

Structural Options

Jurisdiction-neutral overview of revocable trusts, holding companies, multi-sig inheritance schemes, time-locks and dead-man-switch services. Categories and trade-offs — never country-specific advice.

VI

Brief Your Attorney

A single printable handout you give to whichever estate attorney you hire, anywhere in the world. They read it in ten minutes and arrive at the meeting already fluent.

VII

Letter to My Family

The human part. A template plus a worked example. Why this matters, who to trust, who to keep far away from the keys. The first thing your spouse opens.

Delivered the day you join: one email containing a private, expiring download link. No account required, no shipping address collected, no physical package linking your name to your holdings.

Educational only. Not legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.

Built for

This is for you if…

  • You hold $1M+ in self-custody (hardware wallet, multi-sig, cold storage).
  • You live anywhere — the Kit is jurisdiction-neutral by design.
  • You want no physical artifact tying your real name to your holdings.
  • Your family is loving but does not understand crypto.
  • You want your attorney and your executor reading from the same script.
  • You've thought about this at 3am and want to stop thinking about it.

Not built for

This isn't for you if…

  • You hold only on Coinbase or another centralized exchange.
  • Total holdings under $100K — a Google Doc is genuinely fine.
  • You're looking for legal advice. This is documentation, not counsel.
  • You want a printed, leather-bound kit shipped to your home address.
  • You want a 'web3 estate dApp.' We are aggressively analog.

A note from the founder

"I'm a designer with thirty years of work behind me. I'm building the thing every whale I know already needs — and no one has bothered to package properly."

Every estate attorney I've spoken to admits, quietly, that crypto inheritance is the file they hope never lands on their desk. Every holder I've spoken to admits, quietly, that they haven't done it. The gap between those two sentences is where families lose generational wealth. The Kit closes it.

Back this as a founding member at $297 and you get the v1 the day it ships, plus every update for two years. Wait until launch and it's $1,497.

Questions

Reasonable to ask.

Is anything physical shipped to me?
No. The Kit is fully digital. You receive one email with a private, expiring download link to the master PDF plus each individual module. You print at home if you want a physical copy. We never collect a shipping address.
Does this work outside the United States?
Yes — by design. The Kit is jurisdiction-neutral. It explains categories of structures (trusts, holding companies, multi-sig, time-locks) and includes a 'Brief Your Attorney' handout you give to a competent estate attorney in your own country. We do not recommend specific lawyers in any jurisdiction.
Is this legal advice?
No. Strictly educational. The Kit is documentation and orientation, designed to be handed to your local attorney so they can do their job faster and better — not to replace them. Consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
Do I still need a lawyer?
Yes. You need a lawyer for the will, the trust, and the jurisdiction-specific filings. The Kit complements them by translating the crypto-specific portion into language they can act on in a single billable hour instead of three.
What format does it ship in?
One master PDF plus seven individual module PDFs, designed to be read on screen and printed at home. Fillable fields in the Inventory Workbook and Letter templates. No accounts, no SaaS, no key custody.
When does it ship?
The Kit ships Q1 2026. The first 100 founding members lock in $297; after that it's $1,497. You'll be emailed once on confirmation and once with your download link — that's it.
Will you ever see my keys?
No. The Kit is documentation only. We never ask for, store, or touch private keys, seed phrases, or wallet addresses. By design.
